Pain during intercourse, any help?

this is weird but when i go ontop of my man and 'ride', its really painful for me in my lower abdomen, but more like in my womb, its only just started happening, there was no problem with it until now. It feels like something is being pushed outwards and banging inside my body, i dont wana sound stupid with someone saying its his penis but it dont feel normal
