I don't wear makeup, I might start, could someone help me out with what to wear/do?

Yes it is concealer. I don't use concealer, so I don't have a brand to recommend. You probably want to moisturize your skin, put on the concealer, and then put a light powder over it. And then use mascara! Mascara is an amazing makeup product. I recommend the maybelline one by one (bought at any drugstore/walmart/target/ etc) I hope this helped you! Ask some of your friends that products that they use(if they wear makeup). :)
