Is there a Manga about a girl who was frozen because all the other girls where dying or something because...?

Is there a manga about a girl who was frozen for a few years because she wasn't affected by the uv rays that was killing the other girls and affecting their wombs or something, but she isn't harmed, so they froze her for samples or something like that, and then she is un-frozen and is in the future or something and is like, one of the only girls in the world. Is there a manga like that? Please help, its been bugging me so i've decided to read it, but i forgot the name.
