Will the artificial womb and human cloning bring about gender equality for men?

The only advantage women possess over men is their ability to give birth that's why when it comes to children there is a lot of gender inequality. Courts 99.9 % of the time give custody to the mother over the father just because women are the ones who give birth, the only way a man can get custody is if the woman has a serious drug problem or is a criminal or something like that. Also the law is very hard on men who don't pay child support but don't care at all when women don't. It is somehow seen as punishment enough when a woman loses custody of her child so she shouldn't have to pay child support. Also men have absolutely no say in abortion eventhough the man helped in reproduction. Women act as if they magically get pregnant.
