A question about a foot tattoo help?

I am female have numerous tattoos all nice,but i got my ex a tattooist to do me a foot tattoo,he was amateur but good,thing is i came to regret it,it is a black musical note but much too large for my tiny foot,i am forever wearing camouflage makeup...could this destroy me for life? what do i do??
