I've come back on after a week of my last period, and also had sex and he came in me countles times?

i've actually just asked a question, so im sorry if it gets annoying but im really scared! see i missed my pills about 5 times in a week maybe less.. but we have had sex alot of times during that week, he came in me mostly every time, i've came back on and its not heavy but there is blood there, im not sure this could be where the egg like attachs to the womb,im not the most cleverest people but could that be right? or do you think im worrying to much? please help !!
