FAST bunion camouflage?

I have a spa day in 2 days and just realized the swollen area on my foot I thought was caused by rubbing from a shoe is actually a bunion! :O What can I do to make it go away fast so I don't gross out the spa employees?? I'm horrified that my foot looks like my grandmother's already at my age!!
